Mrs. Allison Kegley

My name is Allison Kegley. I am married and we have one daughter, 2 dogs and 3 cats. I LOVE animals and I LOVE being a teacher! I have been a Special Education teacher since 2011 and blessed to be at Kaufman since 2014. This school is truly my second home. I love my job and feel blessed each day I get to see all the little faces that make up this big family. The first few years of my teaching career, I taught students with Autism ages 3-5. I truly enjoyed the experience and learned so much from those students. My next position was in the Resource setting for students in grade K-1 and I have made grade level changes over the years, covering all grades K-5. Regardless of the grade level or setting, I truly love my role as a special education teacher and cherish the special relationships gained with the students.
